You will be received at New Delhi International Airport by our tour guide. Drive to a hotel for check-in. Post lunch, visit to the Akshardham Temple which is an architectural marvel. The temple management through well-conceived exhibitions educates the visitors about India’s magnificent spiritual and cultural heritage. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, visit to the India Gate – an arch built in the memory of all the Indian solider who laid down their lives in World War I. This 42-meter-tall monument was dedicated to the nation in 1931. Catching a glimpse of the president’s house, you will then head for Birla House where Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated. A museum inside the building complex shares detailed information about his life and his contribution to the freedom struggle of India. Visit to the famous Sikh shrine of Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. The shrine is associated with the life of the eighth Sikh Guru, Sri Harkrishan. The museum inside the shrine complex shares in-depth pictorial history of Sikhism in India.
Post lunch, visit to the Qutub Minar – one of the tallest minarets in the world. Qutub-ud-din Aibak, who was the first Muslim conqueror of Delhi, laid the foundation of the Qutub Minar in 1192 AD. The height of the Qutub Minar is 72.5 meters and there are 379 steps to reach its top. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Drive to New Delhi Airport for your flight to Jodhpur (approximately 1.3 hours). Upon arrival in Jodhpur, check-in at your hotel. Established in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha, the chief of the Rathore clan, Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. Renowned for its azure-hued houses, the city is affectionately called the Blue City.
Later during the day, there will be an exploration of Jaswant Thada, a majestic marble memorial that stands as a testament to the architectural brilliance and royal legacy of Rajasthan. Built in 1899 AD by Maharaja Sardar Singh in memory of his father, Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, this stunning cenotaph is adorned with intricate carvings, delicate jali work, and elegant domes that shimmer in the sunlight. Inside, the memorial houses portraits of the Rathore rulers and showcases artifacts reflecting their rich history and culture. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Built in the 15th century AD by the Mewar king Rana Kumbha, this formidable fortress is renowned for its imposing walls, which stretch over 36 kilometres, making it the second-longest continuous wall after the Great Wall of China. As you step through the massive gates of Kumbhalgarh Fort, you'll be transported back in time to an era of chivalry and splendour. Marvel at the intricate carvings adorning the palaces and temples, and soak in the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from the ramparts. Kumbalgarh Fort is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is not just a monument, but a living testament to Rajasthan's rich history and heritage. After breakfast, you'll explore the magnificent City Palace by Lake Pichola. Built in 1599 AD by King Udai Singh II, it showcases a blend of Rajput, Mughal, European, and Oriental architecture. The palace complex, boasting 11 palaces, is the largest in Rajasthan. In 1974, a section of the palace was converted into the City Palace Museum, housing paintings, weaponry, and royal belongings.
In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola followed by a visit to the Jag Mandir Palace. Set against the cinematic backdrop of the Aravalli mountain ranges and encircled by historical monuments, Lake Pichola is a sight to behold. The Jag Mandir Palace, one of the two magnificent island palaces on the lake, was commissioned by Maharana Karan Singh II in 1620 AD and completed by his son in 1652 AD. With its remarkable fusion of Rajputana and Mughal architectural styles, the Jag Mandir Palace stands proudly on Lake Pichola, constructed using yellow sandstone and marble. It is believed that the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan drew inspiration from the Jag Mandir Palace for the construction of the Taj Mahal. Overnight stay at the hotel.
